As usual, my visit was very good. From the staff out front at check in to Dr. Dodd and his assistant was superior. I had a crown procedure and it went very well. The one thing though is that like some dentists do, they make conversation during the procedure and a question cannot be answered when they have their hand and instrument in your mouth so you cannot answer! Absolutely fantastic accomodation after some appointment scheduling confusion caused me to arrive earlier than expected. Dr. Flaherty and Jodi took time to fit me in and Jodi did a great job sanding the contour of my mouth guard that may have been affected by a sharp tooth of mine in the rear upper back of my mouth that made it feel as though I was jabbed by something sharp. First visit 5/13/2025: front office was great - no red tape, initial info gathering was efficient and easy. I had a toothache and feared the worst. Hygienist was very good: competent, good communicator. Dentist saw my issue right away and was able to fix it on the spot (removed a chip and added a filling). Did great work, gentle, no pain. Good communication throughout the process. Paid the bill - they figured out Delta insurance, etc on the spot. Everybody in the office was on the ball! More

I have been very happy with the dentists (Dodd, Flaherty ) and technicians over the 3 years I have been coming here for dental care. It's busy, but well run and the staff seems to be professional and have a nice camaraderie. Insurance is complicated, so make sure you understand what your policy covers and ask questions of the insurance people, not receptionists who might not know all the particulars. That's my only complaint: I misunderstood my policy after a comment and could not submit a bill that I mistakenly thought I could. More
