Amazing Service,I had a filling fall apart on a Thursday morning, I stopped by and asked if they could help me, I got an appointment the NEXT day at noon, they close at 1pm on Friday…I am a part time resident of this area.I was promptly greeted, taken right into the office and the DR replaced my fillingI had a very sensitive tooth and the Doctor was very patient and kind.I had no dental insurance & the price was VERY reasonable.I highly recommend this Doctor.He is now , my dentist!I want to thank the entire staff, the receptionist. My husband and I had our first visit with Lake George Family Dentistry today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had fallen behind on our dental care and hadn’t been in a few years, so we were a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional.When searching for a new dentist, they were one of the only offices in the area to return our call, and they were able to schedule us as new patients within just a few months, which we really appreciated. Our cleanings were some of the best we’ve ever had, and what stood out most was how comfortable they made us feel. At no point did we feel judged, just genuinely cared for. I started going to Lake George Dentistry for about a year. I had a very bad gag reflux. I had a very hard time being able to do the impressions for my dentures. Doctor Marcus said don’t worry we will get through this. So he sent me home with the trays to practice & my Daughter would time me. I needed to try to keep this in my mouth. It was a challenge but in time I did it. Dr.Marcus was so patient with me. Now when I go to the Dentist I absolutely love it. Lake George Family dentistry just isn’t a Dentist office they make you feel so comfortable like family. They gave me back my health & my confidence back. I have had a few procedures done at LGFD and my experiences have been great and my results, i couldnt be more pleased. Dr Marcus is great! His plans are always based on good methodology, which is important to me. We go over briefly what is wrong, why it is that way and what we are going to do to correct it, and if applicable, what plan B will be. The times i have had a question during a procedure, he stops and addresses my question. I always feel i am in good hands with Dr Marcus. In addition, the entire staff at this office should be commended. Tammy and Shelly have been doing my teeth for years and always do a great job, and they are nice people! I’ve used Lake George Family Dentistry for over 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is professional, friendly and helpful, and I’m fortunate to have Dr. Christian Ruckert and dental hygienist, Tammy tend to my ongoing dental care. The office staff is wonderful and efficient too. Plus whenever I need additional care, i.e. dental surgery or an endodontist, LG Family Dentistry works with and refers patients to top professionals in those fields. I moved to the NY Adirondacks from Houston 4 yrs ago for family reasons and was stressed about finding good dentistry up here. Though I’m moving back to Houston, I plan on visiting family here each yr and will plan those visits around when I can schedule appts with Dr. Ruckert. My first visit with this office was today and I’m very impressed. I worked with Shelly and Dr. Marcus and both were outstanding. I have not been taking care of my teeth, and I know that. Neither one of them made me feel ashamed or gross at all. Shelly really took her time to do a great job cleaning my teeth. They feel so clean now! They answered my questions and calmed my fears. I feel so relieved leaving when I went in very nervous. In addition to all of that, the office got me in in just a few days as a new patient (on a cancellation, but how awesome!). Awesome staff and dr Marcus. Travel full time and while in lake George lost a cap. Practice was able to get me in quickly, within an hour. After a quick X-ray to make sure no other problems, They were able to Reglue cap and get me on my way. Very clean and friendly. More

Dr. Marcus and his team at Lake George Family Dentistry did an absolutely amazing job with the reconstruction of my mouth. From the get go I felt welcomed and reassured that my issues could be taken care of and I could finally get the smile and teeth that I have always wanted. Over the years I have had many rough visits with dentists that seemed to not care as much or not pay attention to overall comfort while sitting through certain procedures involving root canals, crowns, and much more. After getting up the courage and putting full trust into Dr. Marcus I scheduled a big appointment involving 6 veneers and 2 crowns. Simply put after a couple of hours as I glanced in the mirror I was blown away and now smile with confidence and can't thank his team enough for making sure I was comfortable and for doing such great work. Lake george family dentistry is set in a clean friendly setting. You are greeted as you enter and wait in a comfortable room. The techs are polite and very professional. Your exam room has soothing music and the exam chair is also comfortable. The dentist is both friendly and conversive. He explains your procedure and answers all questions before starting. I experienced alittle discomfort as the procedure started. The dentist stopped immediately and added an additional medication to block the pain. I would absolutely recommend LGFD More

I have had a few procedures done at LGFD and my experiences have been great and my results, i couldnt be more pleased. Dr Marcus is great! His plans are always based on good methodology, which is important to me. We go over briefly what is wrong, why it is that way and what we are going to do to correct it, and if applicable, what plan B will be. The times i have had a question during a procedure, he stops and addresses my question. I always feel i am in good hands with Dr Marcus. In addition, the entire staff at this office should be commended. Tori and Shelby do a great job and make me feel welcome.
