When I had a recent dental emergency, she worked diligently to schedule a same-day appointment and found one at the Clifton Park office. I was able to obtain an appointment relatively quickly being I had a tooth that was inflamed, and a filling had fallen out from a previous dentist! Maple Avenue family dentistry, super friendly, super patient explained everything they were doing and why. In the end I walked away minus the tooth that was causing all the issues and feeling very satisfied and comfortable with booking another appointment for June for a re evaluation and check up! Got a call two days ago my hygienist was out sick and I was rescheduled for today. Arrived at appointment and a different hygienist called me from the waiting room - not the originally scheduled person. The nervous patient that I am, I guess it was clear I was surprised and a bit confused. It hadn't occurred to me to confirm the hygienist when my appointment was rescheduled. Thank you to today's hygienist who assured me it would be fine if I rescheduled. I did. She was very understanding and kind about it, as was the young lady who rescheduled me.
