This place is great and I REALLY dont like going to dentist appointments, but I would go back here. They were really nice they told me everything they were doing and why they offered me bottled water gave me sunglasses so the light wasnt bright and in my eyes or damaging them in anyway, plus they have a little tv at your feet. Like what is not to like about this place other than the fact nobody likes their teeth drilled. I definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it already! More

I had my first appointment here in January of 2026 after not going for way too long due to a traumatic experience. Dr. Kavanagh and team are INCREDIBLE! The girls at the front desk are always to kind and helpful! I haven’t had a bad hygienist either. Jean preformed my initial intake and cleaning and she is the sweetest and so incredible! I had some emergency and unexpected work that needed to be taken care of and they never once made me feel like it was my fault. Unfortunately that also means I’ve been in their office multiple times since my initial appointment! Dr. Kavanaugh is the best! He keeps in real but also take into account that you’re human! I cannot recommend CFD more! I refuse to go anywhere else. They’re perfect and incredible all around. No notes! More

My prior dentist stopped taking my insurance, but this practice participates with my insurance, and they are 20 minutes closer to home.My hygienist (Tanya) is fantastic! She told me about all the preventive services they offer (laser treatments, placed antibiotics) and found that they are very affordable. Tanya took her time and was very gentle. The dentist was polite and did a thorough exam.I wish I had found them sooner! I would recommend them to anyone! More

This office offers and incredible deal to receive two cleanings, x-rays, and 20% off any other dental treatments in a year. Their staff is so lovely, caring, and skilled from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. What a difference! More

My husband and I had our first visit with Lake George Family Dentistry today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I am a new patient of Queensbury Family Dentistry. Being a total tech geek, I must tell you that this is the most advanced dentist office I have been to. Until today, I have never seen a photo scan of my entire set of teeth. I'm not talking about the panoramic X-ray. They had a device that performed a 360 degree rendered photographic scan of all of my teeth! It shines a bright light into your mouth while using some kind of a camera sensor to generate an interior photo of your mouth in high definition. Of course they had all the standard X-ray equipment as well.Sarah was my hygienist and she was wonderful. They chronicled all the work that had ever been done on my teeth and performed a deep cleaning. I have sensitive gums but never tasted blood the entire time. These guys are great! More

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist, so I decided to try Columbia Family Dentistry. I have only had one visit, which included a cleaning, imaging and other diagnostic testing, but my first impression is extremely positive. The office staff was extremely nice and easy to deal with both on the phone and in person. The office itself really impressed me, as they make use of advanced imaging and cleaning technology that I honestly have never seen before. Moreover, they took the time to explain in detail what the different tests were and how to understand the results. Mikenzie did my cleaning, and she was incredibly thorough and likeable, and Dr. Kavanagh took the time to go over the results with me as well. In all, this was a really good experience, and I intend to stay with this practice for my dental needs going forward. More

I have a fractured tailbone and they even got me a pillow for the chair!!! Call them, see if they take your insurance. If they don't the also offer an incredible deal. You can pay 5 or so hundred dollars for a year. That includes 1st appointment, cleaning(s), and discounts for anything additional.They really do rock! More

This was my first visit. Dr Franklin was very nice, & seemed knowledgeable. The exam rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was kind & very professional. I look forward to going back to begin my treatment. My only concern, is it is lacking a button to press for easy opening of their entry doors. It’s difficult if you’re by your self and in a wheelchair. When I questioned this, I was told, by staff it’s an old building & yet to be remodeled. Which is why I removed two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a five star visit.Update: I’ve been to the office four times. Dr. Franklin & his staff are exceptional. I get there ten minutes early. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes. Dr Franklin is very pleasant, kind, and puts you at ease. He doesn’t rush your appointments & explains everything. His staff is awesome too. I also appreciated their offered insurance for the non-insured. Two free cleanings, 20% off fillings & other things. Give them a call for details. The heavy front door has been cracked open for easier access. It’s a start. Still hoping for an automatic door opener for the elderly & disabled. More

The staff was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions regarding my dental plan. Today, my dental hygienist was Shaylon and what a kind, pleasant and personable young lady. She made me feel comfortable during my visit and informed me about a preventative cavity procedure that was available. This was the first I was made aware that the office offered this service. While there, I took advantage of this easy and fast treatment. I was seen by Dr. Dodd who is such an easy going doctor to speak with. What an outstanding staff at this this new location! More

I arrived a little early and checked in, the staff were very friendly and professional. The hygienist Sarah did a great job of cleaning my teeth, taking updated x-rays and used a diode laser to keep my gums healthy. Dr Miyamoto looked under the hood and I was on my way in less than an hour. More

Dr. Dodd and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! I did invisalign from Janaury to October and the entire process was smooth and seamless. After invisalign, I did teeth whitening with Zoom and bonding on my 4 uppers and a fixed retainer on my lowers. The communication between the office and myself was flawless. I’ve used Lake George Family Dentistry for over 3 years and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is professional, friendly and helpful, and I’m fortunate to have Dr. Christian Ruckert and dental hygienist, Tammy tend to my ongoing dental care. The office staff is wonderful and efficient too. Plus whenever I need additional care, i.e. dental surgery or an endodontist, LG Family Dentistry works with and refers patients to top professionals in those fields. I moved to the NY Adirondacks from Houston 4 yrs ago for family reasons and was stressed about finding good dentistry up here. Though I’m moving back to Houston, I plan on visiting family here each yr and will plan those visits around when I can schedule appts with Dr. Ruckert. Look no further if you are looking for excellent dentistry. More

Hannah, the Patient Care Coordinator was amazing! She was friendly and outgoing, helped guide me on what I needed to do. Paula my hygienist, was awesome! I felt immediately at ease (I don’t enjoy going to the dentist); she was efficient, gentle and informed me on each step she was taking as she worked on me; Dr. Godici, was very pleasant and put me at ease; he was helpful, informing me on how some of my medical conditions can affect my dental health. I will be returning for my cleanings, so glad I found this place. I highly recommend Greenwich Family Dentistry. More
