Certified personal trainer

I moved to NY in 2002 from Germany. I met Dr. Dodd at a Stewart's and interviewed in German. I run the Saratoga Springs Study Club and have trained hundreds of assistants and dentists in my years here.

Why did you decide to work in dentistry?

I wanted to have a meaningful career for life.

We are all in this together as “One Family”.

About 20 years.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

I get to help patients overcome their dental fears and provide comfort during treatments.

Loud, vibrant, enthusiastic.

Singing and playing piano, cooking and baking.

Why did you decide to work in dentistry?

I always enjoyed going to the dentist as a kid, and I wanted to help others.

Easing a patient’s anxiety while providing quality, comfortable care.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

Being able to educate our patients and improve their oral health.

What is the most important part of the job you do?

Detecting periodontal disease, treating it, and educating patients on how to maintain health.

What makes you happiest, when you're not working?

Spending time with my family and being outdoors.
